Warehouse Scanner Operator

This job is a good option for people who enjoy active work, feel comfortable moving around the warehouse and are ready to complete tasks according to a set work rhythm. Previous warehouse experience is not required — training, workplace instruction and coordinator support are provided at every stage of employment.

Your daily tasks will include:

• picking orders according to the warehouse system,
• operating a warehouse scanner,
• searching for and preparing auto parts for shipment,
• sorting and organizing goods,
• moving products around the warehouse using manual pallet trucks,
• cooperating with other warehouse employees,
• maintaining accuracy, work pace and safety at the workstation.

We expect:

• readiness to work in shifts,
• basic scanner operation skills or willingness to learn,
• good work organization,
• responsibility and attention to detail,
• readiness for active work involving movement,
• knowledge of Polish at a level that allows communication at the workplace.

At work, it is also possible to communicate in Ukrainian, Russian or English — coordinator support is provided.

The work is organized in shifts:

• 06:00–16:00,
• 20:00–06:00.

We provide comfortable accommodation close to the workplace.

Transport to the workplace is organized.

We offer the following rate:

• 31.40 PLN gross per hour,
• approximately 24.50 PLN net per hour.

Monthly earnings start from around 5,500 PLN. Bonuses or pay increases for productivity may also be available — their amount depends on the department and work results.

Salary is paid on time, on the 25th day of each month, to a bank account. After 14 working days, it is possible to receive an advance payment.
