Warehouse Scanner Job – Automotive Parts Warehouse
Looking for:

Work experience:
- order picking,
- working with a scanner,
- sorting and moving goods using manual pallet trucks,
- possibility of operating an electric pallet truck for qualified employees.
- Basic scanner operation skills and knowledge of the Polish language for foreign candidates.
The job involves constant movement around the warehouse.
- shift work: 6:00–16:00 / 12:00–22:00 / 20:00–06:00 (10:00–20:00 / 9:00–17:00);
- optional Saturday work until 16:00.
- timely salary payments,
- free and legal employment under a civil law contract, with the possibility of an employment contract after the trial period,
- training and workplace instructions,
- everything needed for comfortable and safe work, including work clothes and assistance with medical examinations,
- coordinator support in Polish, Ukrainian/Russian and English at every stage of employment,
- a full set of documents for the legalisation of foreign employees, including visa, residence card and work permit support.

The warehouse can be reached from Poznań by city buses 710, 715 and 716. The Komorniki/Ks. Wawrzyniaka bus stop is located near the warehouse.
- PLN 31.40/hour gross
- approximately PLN 25.50/hour net*
+ performance bonuses / hourly rate increases depending on the department and individual results;
+ PLN 1/hour extra if you use your own transport;
+ PLN 1/hour extra if you have your own accommodation.
Monthly earnings: from PLN 5,500.
Advance payment: available after 14 days worked.
Salary payment: on the 25th of each month, paid directly to your bank account.
*The exact net amount depends on taxes, social security contributions and the employee’s individual status.
Additional Bonuses
PLN 200 — “Easy Start” bonus after the first month of work.
Up to PLN 1,500 — monthly bonus system based on meeting specific requirements and work performance.
Refer a friend and receive a PLN 800 bonus.
