Scanner Operator Job at an Auto Parts Warehouse

We are looking for people who are comfortable with active warehouse work and enjoy working in motion. This position is suitable for candidates who are ready to work at a steady pace and carry out their tasks responsibly and accurately.
Previous warehouse experience is not required. Before starting work, employees receive training, on-site instructions, and ongoing support from a coordinator throughout the employment period.
For foreign candidates, basic communicative Polish is important to understand work-related instructions and communicate during the shift.
The main duties include:
- picking and preparing orders according to the warehouse system,
- working with a warehouse scanner,
- locating auto parts and preparing them for dispatch,
- sorting goods and keeping the warehouse area organized,
- moving products using manual pallet trucks,
- cooperating with other warehouse employees,
- following safety rules, accuracy standards, and the required work pace.
We expect candidates to have:
- readiness to work in shifts,
- basic scanner-handling skills or willingness to learn,
- good work organization,
- attention to detail and a responsible approach to duties,
- readiness for physically active work,
- communicative knowledge of Polish.
Employees can receive support from a coordinator in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, or English.
The job is organized in shifts:
- 06:00–16:00,
- 20:00–06:00.
- legal employment based on an umowa zlecenie contract,
- the possibility of switching to an umowa o pracę contract after the trial period,
- timely salary payments,
- training and preparation for the job,
- work clothing,
- assistance with the medical examination,
- comfortable accommodation near the workplace,
- organized transport to work,
- multilingual coordinator support,
- assistance with preparing legalization documents for foreign workers.
Comfortable accommodation is provided near the workplace.
We organize transport for employees to the workplace.
The hourly rate is:
- 31.40 PLN gross per hour,
- approximately 24.50 PLN net per hour.
Monthly earnings start from around 5500 PLN.
Bonuses or rate increases for productivity may also be available. Their amount depends on the department and work results.
Salary is paid on time — on the 25th day of each month to a bank account.
After 14 working days, it is possible to receive an advance payment.
* The net amount depends on taxes, contributions, and the employee’s individual status.
The work is carried out in a warehouse where the temperature is approximately +20°C / +22°C.
This position involves physical activity and frequent movement around the warehouse, so it is best suited for people looking for dynamic work and who feel comfortable performing tasks while staying active.
