Coordinator / Employee Support Specialist

• Acting as the main point of contact for candidates, providing up-to-date information and answering questions
• Supporting the onboarding process, ensuring all required documents and training are completed
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date candidate records
• Working with the recruitment team to improve processes
• Preparing and distributing the necessary documentation
• Handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, e.g., organising transport and accommodation

• Ukrainian or Russian (English is a plus)
• Category B driving licence
• Responsibility and reliability
• Experience in the industry will be an additional advantage
• Good work organisation
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Assertiveness and attention to detail
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position

The average net salary for our employees is 5,500–8,500 PLN.
